Make your Relationships Matter
Happy New Year 2010.
At the beginning of each year many consider loosing weight they may have gained over Christmas with the rich food they have eaten, or getting up earlier each day to do exercise and make more money and so on, but what about your relationship ? How can YOU improve in that area.
It is easy to say how your partner can improve and tell everyone about the habit they have that drives you mad.
Today,when you have a spare moment to yourself consider all the great things you love about your partner. (assuming there are great things about your partner) otherwise we should be having a different conversation ...
Think of ways in which you can be a better partner starting from now, perhaps you could be less critical or not as controlling as before, maybe listen more and so on.
Feeling great about your relationship has much to do with how you feel about yourself and the world at large.
It might be quite tempting to feel sorry for yourself and think of reasons that they should change instead.
What about doing things differently this time, after all a Brand new year is as great a time as any to create a new habit.
