It has been a while hasn't it, I have missed you all and have been working on some other projects so please forgive my absence.

Today I would like to talk about a Phrase that showed up quite a bit in the movie Avatar which if you haven't yet seen it I highly recommend you do when you have the chance.

When I think about the connections we all have as Human beings one thing strikes me and helps me so much in understanding Human behaviour.

We all, as Humans want to be:

Recognized for our Acheivements
To Be Thanked when we have been Kind
To be admired for our Courage
To be appreciated for our efforts
Loved and accepted

This Goes for our Relationships, Our Work and our Families. In short our Life.
So many people just like you are afraid:

They will be:
Overlooked
Taken advantage of
Embarrassed
Ridiculed
Kicked off the Team
Rejected

If we begin to remember we are all part of a greater race .. The human race we may become more understanding of:

People at work
People we are in relationships with
People who have given us a hard time
People who appear to be unkind
People we have a chance to help
People we can give something to

It can be very rewarding to Look at the world at Large instead of our own small view.
