It is Not your Thoughts It is How your Thoughts make you Feel

Many of you may know by now, that our Thoughts create our Life, through our choices and ultimately behavior.

We spend a great deal of time Trying to have positive Thoughts and overcome Negative Thinking patterns.

Sometimes Quietening the thoughts can lead toward The discipline needed to practice this Skill, can Change how you see yourself.

How you See the Situation outside of your self influences  your Feelings, which then creates more internal chatter and Brain washing.

Your Mind will prove to you,why it is Right and show you examples from the past.
Your mind will also Distort memories and turn them into perceived realities that keep your mind in a muddle.


Until you realize that these Thoughts will always be present, you will not understand what it takes to be dominant over them.

Begin to just notice at First what the words are saying to you.
Write it down in a Journal, if you like and explore what on earth these thoughts mean and if that is what you believe will happen.
Many times they are Lies ... Untruths and a waste of your time to believe.
Which is quite serious because they can sometimes stop you from achieving great things.
