This sitcom has won a plethora of prizes including great Bafta Success. Very Very Funny.

I have always loved my Yawd food and just lately there were allot of Really nice looking green bananas available at my local supermarket.

So here is one of the Dishes I cooked to compliment the Boiled green Banana.

I would say this is probably the best Book I read all month, It is Full of information from a Holistic MD's point of view on Healing, Meaning and Purpose. Particularly interesting to anyone who works with subtle Energies and Holistic Healing modalities:
